The quality is guaranteed by Chef Tsubasa Tamaki, who specializes in Tokyo-Neapolitan style pizza — a fusion of traditional Italian techniques and premium Japanese ingredients.

Their pizza dough is fermented for 30 hours, resulting in a thin crust that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich aroma from the well-aged dough. Only top-quality ingredients are used, such as Okinawan sea salt and a wood-fired oven that gives each pizza a distinct flavor. The restaurant is decorated in a modern-minimalist style, with an airy and comfortable ambiance.

There’s also a counter-bar zone where you can watch the chefs craft your pizza up close — a unique and engaging experience.
